“When life isn't working you have to make a conscious decision what to do about it.   
I was not sleeping more than 3-4 hours on most nights, joints that ached, improper eating and over-all stressed.
I started with the small tidbits of information and had been doing some of the practices but not consistently.  Crystal explained it is a whole body, mind, life shift so I started slowly with hot oil massaging, stretching in the mornings, changing my food choices and how I prepared it and finally meditation - likely the hardest concept for me!
I had forgotten what it was like to sleep a full night; to wake up rested without aches and pains.
It will be at my pace but I will continue on this journey of wellness with the guidance of Crystal & Sherry of Human Habits"
